Allows site administrators to quickly find information about orders as the data travels between various systems, from the web shop, to the ERP systems, and even third parties such as Shipstation. Order issues can quickly be found, and fixed by site administrators themselves, rather than having to reach out to service providers for support. With an automatic requeuing algorithm, some communication issues can even self heal.

This area allows site owners/admins to have unlimited staff accounts created. With the custom roles tool staff accounts can be tailored to the specific needs of key staff.

This area allows site administrators to quickly see the health of the ERP -> Webshop catalog. Problems can quickly be identified and fixed / reported.
The Image import tool, in conjunction with an sFTP repository for images (named in a formatted manner) can automate the image assignment functions on the webshop. Simply upload product images to an sFTP server, and allow the GoFrictionless application to retrieve and assign to products within the web shop.

This area serves as a log repository for all calls going through the GoFrictionless system in either direction (ERP -> WEB or WEB -> ERP). With powerful and quick search tools catalog and order communications can be located and assessed. Many issues can be fixed by the site administrators themselves.
This section also includes a fully customizable notification tool. This allows Commer staff as well as site administrators to be notified of issues so that they can be remedied with little to no impact to customers. Fix issues before anyone is affected.
